Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

One of the definitions of restoration is to return something to a former, original, normal or unimpaired condition. In the time that we are living in that's exactly what God is doing; he is restoring the church back to its original spiritual state.

In the book of II Thessalonians 2:3, the Apostle Paul speaks of a "falling away."  I guess the question is a falling away of what and when?

Jesus built a church in the New Testament (Acts 2:1-4) that shined forth the glory of God and brought life to the Jewish world. That church had three main elements which were the Truth, the Order of God, and the Spirit of God that produced overcomers.  Well after the death of the early Apostles that church slowly fell away into spiritual darkness.  Revelation 6:1-8 shows the gradual decline.  But thanks be to God we are living in the hour of restoration.  I hear the sound of an abundance of rain, a great outpouring of God's spirit, truth and order coming back to the Body of Christ.

In my closing thoughts, it's going to happen just like God has said, the "Latter House shall be greater than the former House" Haggai 2:9.
